Hi Everyone, Sorry about not replying for so long.
I have an update. Soon after my last update in Dec 2020, I had a predator and a unknown illness go through my flock and I had to shut the project down. I was told to wait a few years to get more chickens in case the illness was in the soil. Hopefully in the next year or two I can start up this project again or a different type of mottling project I'm looking at. Been thinking I might like to try to breed a white crested black silkie. I would start with a black silkie and a white crested polish. Imagine how cool that would be.
