I have an egg with a peep whole for two days now no movement? I pulled out the other babies after being in there awhile and I picked the egg up to listen and his little break was there I moved it I think it's dead what do I do today is day 21

You could open the egg up and have a look, I'm afraid it's not sounding good if the chick is not moving when you picked the egg up. Check out this link I left you earlier ~https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching
You should be able to open the egg from the pip hole just round like it would if the chick zipped it.

Is this the egg that had pipped at the wrong end?

No that egg hatched in 6 hours that little ones doing great!

Good! 4 successful chicks and 3 that didn't hatch, we broke them open and none of them was the yolk back in their belly. So would this mean they died a few days before hatching. But the other 4 seem to be doing well eating and drinking and sleeping
