My White Buff Orpington has developed a FUNGUS?? on her comb, both sides. What can I do to treat this?

It is contagious but there’s really no treatment for it. It needs to run its course. You can help by using Neosporin or Vaseline on the comb to help with the drying.

you can't treat fowl pox. it just has to run its course. keep doing as @azygous said to keep it covered with blu-kote to dry it up but there is no cure/treatment for it. eventually it will go away

it is contagious yes. but i have never heard of a chicken dying from it.
it may spread to them yes. you can keep them seprate if you fear it.

It may, it may not... each chicken has different immunities. At this point separation would be futile, I would let it be and just keep an eye on everybody and see if they need a comb moisturizer too. Refer to the article I attached.

Thank you everyone. Your info and suggestions have been incredibly helpful. We have isolated our girl and cleaned and cleaned. Put some ointment on the comb and tomorrow I'll get some iodine solution as well.
