While easy to clean and red mite resistant are amazing, the 25 year warranty is probably my favorite. That says a lot about a product when the company is willing to warranty it for that long.

Although these things aren't options for answers, the portability of the coop to easily wheel it to new areas of the yard, and the size and durability are also very strong plusses.
