With Easter here, and all those hard-boiled eggs (if you do that sort of thing) this is the perfect time to try it. I haven't yet, but I want to!

I wonder if there is a difference between a fresh egg and an older egg, since fresher eggs are harder to peel than older eggs.

Yeah, but, then you've just blown all over the egg... Can't make a jar of pickled eggs for an outing or anything.

I tried this a couple of weeks ago....made sure no one was looking first of course!!! It just did not work at all for me.

I finally ended up making a big mess of the egg and peeling the others normal.
