New Blue and black copper Marans chicks ! W/ Pics

Today I visited Peachick to pick up 6 beautiful Blue and black copper marans chicks ! Here birds are wonderful and she has quite a variety. We also visited Will Marrow on Whitmore farm and his farm resembles a church it is so clean and well organized. I highly recommend both of these breeders ! I got to see both my chicks parents and grandparents which was great! I have two lighter blues, one that is either dark blue or black, and two blacks.

oh forgot to say all of them are healthy one just has mild pasty but and I am treating it by feeding a bit of cornmeal (suggested by peachick) and I tried clearing its but with a warm paper towl. Any other suggestions?

I usually add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with mother of vinegar (unfiltered) to a quart waterer when I have a pasty bum issue. It seems to help. I do it for a couple of days.

Thanks I have apple cider vinegar but not with the "mother" in it where could I find some?

If you only have regular, use that for now and see if it helps. The sediment kind I get in my regular grocery store (Ingles). Walmart doesn't seem to carry that here. Most grocery stores have organic stuff now, though.

I will testify to Will Morrow's chicks. I got Ameraucanas from him this spring and they rock. I'll shop again in the spring when he's up and running again.
