5 days ago, I bought a couple silver-laced Wyandotte chicks from my local feed store. They already looked to be a few days old and one was slightly larger than the other. The smaller chick has not grown very much but the other is noticeably bigger than when I bought her. I was wondering if maybe the smaller chick just isn't getting enough food/water or if she's actually a he, as I know males develop much slower than females. I'll attach some pictures of the two below.

Athena

Can anyone give me some insight as to why Athena is so much smaller than Vesper? Thanks in advance :)

Some grow at different rates, and some are just smaller. I see nothing to worry about currently.
