Thank you @Garden Peas for your advice on medication, it's a topic I've been struggling to work out as most of the advice on here seems to be based on the American market and I wasn't sure what was available to purchase here in the UK. I'm pleased to hear it's possible to purchase the aqueous fenbendazole, I will get some ordered.
One thing I have been worried about is diagnosing what is causing a peacock to be ill. For example, ruffled feathers, droopy wings, off their food etc all seem like general 'ill peacock' symptoms, and I've seen yellow stools mentioned as a sign of worms and blackhead, and hopefully in the case of my bird, general stress. If my birds start acting ill, how is the best way to tell which it is? I'm worried I would give them the wrong treatment. Are there any specific indicators for worms/blackhead/coccidiosis?
Thank you so much for taking the time to give me your advice, as I said to @casportpony I am really keen to get expert advice so I can do my best by my birds.
