New peahen shunned?

I recently purchased 2 new peahens as my trio was reduced to a pair with the loss of my black shoulder hen, Princess. When first introduced, the resident female, Paloma, bullied both hens and chased them around a bit. After a couple days one of them integrated quite well with the flock, however, the other hen is still shunned. Even the new hen is starting to bully her. She’s very gentle and submissive so I had to add two more food sources to make sure she was eating alright. It’s the fifth day since introduction and she is still shunned and occasionally bullied. Is it time for a complete reintroduction or should I give them more time to sort it out? It saddens me to see the trio having fun and leaving the poor hen out.

They usually work things out in a couple of weeks but be sure to provide hiding spaces in the pen. If all else fails remove the hen to another pen for a few days then add the rest of the birds. That way they will not be ones protecting 'their' space.
