Eggs being imported have to be NPIP certified in a lot of places. But there's the import permit as well. Now, I'm wondering is the seller responsible for all that or does the buyer have to have the import permit? Cause I saw that the annual import permit form is for the out of state sellers to fill out, but the single move request form looks like it could be filled out by either the buyer or the seller. Who's required to fill out/have the import permit? I assume the seller is. Just like to make sure of stuff cause someday I want to sell hatching eggs. Thanks for any info.

Oops, I forgot to edit the title. I got the info I needed while still typing out the original post about a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and NPIP cause I had confusion about them. So I changed my post a bit and would have deleted Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and NPIP out of the title being it's unnecessary now. I don't think I can edit it now. Oh well.
