We made this cake for our hens at Christmastime...

We frosted it with vanilla yogurt mixed with cream cheese and decorated it with dried cranberries! THEY LOVED IT!

We also cut down a little tree in the woods and strung cheese popcorn and cranberries and put the garlands on it. We also added orange slices. They loved that too!

We decorated a tree with orange slices and cranberries and bird seed ornaments we made for wild birds, but no birds touched it. This looks really cool and I'm sure your birds really enjoyed it. I have never heard of a cake mix for chickens before. That's awesome. Maybe I'll have to make a cake for their hatch day in June.
