Oooh, all these poor nekked chicks!

Once again, I'm glad I got to see some of what can happen before it happens to my hens - so I don't panic! I think the NH Reds are starting to molt, but not too badly (yet)... how weird that it happens in winter, when they most need their feather coats!!
