Other meat choices for dog food?

I too, feed raw.
I don't know if it is due to religious convictions, but my boy won't eat pork!
He will eat most anything else though. Organ days are by far his favorite days of the week. He sucks beef liver like oysters! He liked the beef lung too.
Beef tongue I have to slice! And if I give him oxtails, I have to cut that into small slices!
Funny, he doesn't care for chicken livers unless they're cooked, but he will gobble up the hearts and gizzards!

I don't know.
I'm a little suspicious of adrenaline!
I think that when we fresh kill, these things still put off adrenaline?!
We had a fawn hit by a car in front of my house and thought he would love it. He tucked tail and ran!
(I should not have done that-I should have froze it a few weeks to kill any organisms)
But, I was still surprised he wouldn't eat it.
He did eat it weeks later.
