The last 3 eggs my hens were sitting on were duds, which I kinda figured since the boys had dropped their trains. I know they can still be fertile so I set them but they were not viable. Oh well, time to start planning next years breeding strategy. I have lots of ideas, especially since 2 boys are going to be ready, as well as 3 new girls.
This is a pied I kept back from Zazous and Dilly this year. I was hoping for a boy as I kept one back last year that is a girl I named Glory. I only kept back four from this year's hatches and 2 of those are Bronze that I wanted to be WE but the oldest one is not so I guess I will sell it. It is the blur in the background!

Pic is kinda blurry but I'll give it my best shot. She looks to be an IB opal split to white/pied. She could possibly be a purple but more pics in light are needed.
