That’s interesting.. I have no clue. Is it from a quail called blue, or is the egg blue? It looks very brown in the picture. So sense everyone is talking about odd eggs I want to know of this quail is okay. It's BLUE!!!

I'm saying that the egg is blue, although in the photo it looks all brown it does have a blue haze. This egg is from my flying coturnix hen named PipPip, she's about 2 & 1/2 and in the photo I put one of her normal eggs next to it. She also popped out a completely white egg when she was new to laying. Sadly it broke so I couldn't empty and preserve it like I did the blue one. That’s interesting.. I have no clue. Is it from a quail called blue, or is the egg blue? It looks very brown in the picture.
What colour is the bird it came from?
Is this their first egg?

It looks just brown in the picture it’s brown but has like a blue overcoat on it so it has a slight blue coloration to it. I would call it brown because my blue eggs are actually blue. Are you sure you posted the right picture because neither of these eggs are blue.
The egg they pictured is brown. Not blue.It looks just brown in the picture it’s brown but has like a blue overcoat on it so it has a slight blue coloration to it. I would call it brown because my blue eggs are actually blue.
Yes I know but they called it blue because it has like a blue shine on it. I still call it brown the pic I posted was to show what an actual blue egg looked like. The egg they pictured is brown. Not blue.
