That's so sweet that she come running to you to protect her. Do you think Lacey is acting differently because of Jeremy? That is to be funny with you and the ducks chasing each other. I wish I could see a video of it.

We didn't get the snow today and I was glad.

Yep I do. He's made her quite depressed, she stays well out the way now, doesn't quack (which certainly isn't normal for a female Call), doesn't eat much and sleeps tons. And thank you, I'm glad you didn't get snow haha

Well when it was all quiet today, daffy went on a little mission for the big girls. He found grace and Rebecca duck left behind asleep. Jeremy and the other two girls were down the field. So daffy ran over and grabbed grace and started tackling her to the floor, didn't think he expected her to turn around and fight back! Jeremy and the head girls came running up to her shouts but she beat him up and he was long gone by the time they got there

This was the moment Daffy realised he messed with the wrong chicken!!

Grace and Rebecca duck are always falling behind the rest!

Don't know why I bothered asking my uncle for permission to get the ducks, you can't see them anyways! They camouflage in so well!

Stop making a mess!!

Couldn't find Daffy and Lacey this morning, looked everywhere! I heard daffy and found them asleep in next doors field! I hope it isn't related to the whole them vs the big ducks

Beautiful pics again. The ducks do blend right in with the grass. I hope Daffy and Lacey don't make a habit of staying outside at night. That pic of you holding them is precious. Coco looks so pretty with the sun rise behind her. I hope Daffy learns a lesson from picking on the chickens.

Thanks! People are gonna make me scream with that haha. I posted on other pages who insist im lying about Rosie being Rosie. Her comb is slightly curved and may go floppy again as she hasn't been herself lately.

It was edema and un healthy. Now it is healthy.
Just goes to show what exercise and good nutrition can do for a body.
Imagine if people would try that for themselves?

I believe you! Lol just seemed odd I have a hen that has a cone that kind of flops over and when I seen yours I thought oh she's not the only one! But Winnie's my hens wasn't quite as floppy. Just amazed that it totally went away.
