Congrats Lacey you did great. That's sweet she even shared her eggs with Coco. They are precious I want one. I wish you lived closer.

I didn't even know Lacey was sitting again I knew I hadn't seen her pic for a while. I am so happy for her and the babies are adoreable. Thanks so much for sharing the pics they are gorgeous.

Thank you! I kept it a secret this time just incase it all went wrong again. Had many close calls but she managed in the end!

Coco and Chanel seem to have got the naughty babies! Had to move everyone onto the floor as the babies kept jumping out of the nest box and were eying up the pop hole!

How could I go shopping and not get the girls a little something? Only joking I only went shopping to get them stuff

Aww sweet babies I love looking at their pics. I think the chicken moms aren't as strict as the ducks and their letting them babies get by with to many things.

The babies are so cute love them all and I hope some of those yellow ones look just like their mommy. Lacey that is.

It looks like you spoil those ducks and chickens with all those treats. No wonder they run towards you in those pics.

That is what they are there for to love and spoil. Your the best daddy.

I LOVE DUCKS but these pictures of your ducklings are killing me! So so so bloody cute I can't but say AWW! My beloved wife and I always have loved your pictures, those of Lacey more than the others ( She's our favorite of your flock ) So with all these pictures, we have about the most adorable slide show on our computer's monitor!

This month on the calendar

Was just shutting the feed shed when I heard some straw rattling. Went and looked to find Mya laying an egg burrowed in the straw bale. She must have snuck in yesterday as there was a cold egg in there!

I love the pic of Josie with the babies on her back. That is so precious. How are the chickens doing with their 3 baby ducks? Their going to give them a heart attack when they want to go swimming.
