I love the picture of your grandma and grandpas ducks. That's where you get your love for the birds from. Does your aunt live at the farm where you grandma and grandpa lived?

It is remarkable how well Pearl and Crystal have changed. Their beautiful hens now, they look so happy and healthy.

All of the pics are so good and you included my favorite chicken Bella. She looks so much like my beloved Skittles.

Lacey looks so cute flying. I can't believe she can get that pudgey body off the ground.

Sorry Lacey but you are on the pudgey side.

My old girl top hen PL looking rough due to her moult. She's her own worst enemy really as she always mounts after everyone else and that's when all her threats take their chance. Luckily her biggest threat, Poppy is also mounting so isn't in the mood to challenge her. But Hemini on the other hand has finished her moult and as I predicted, she started on PL at lunch time. PL held her own really well, but I might have helped her just a tad to seal the deal

Couldn't bare to see my old girl lose her crown to the bully girls especially, she's the only one who keeps them all right!

Frosty morning for my girls! Expecting snow this afternoon. If you look carefully at the back fell on the left of the first pic, it's white!

We are expecting some rain today and I'm glad it's not snow. I don't like the winter time at all.
