I wanted to start a thread where people can share their LITTLE flock members!! I will start it off with my little duckling gang!

The first photo is from the second or third day I got them. The second was their first inteoduction to the "pool". We have a pond near our property line that our adult ducks love! Will be a few more weeks before we integrate them.

Ducklings in a tortilla warmer. I am keeping the lighter colored ones because I have greenhead Australian Spotted ducks but I got some ducklings that look like blueheads so I want to see how they feather out.

I had to take this one during bath time. The duckling pool is a plastic paint tray that is sloped so my newly hatched babies will not drown. They usually have their first swim by the time they are a full day old. I also wanted to capture the color of the new batch I am keeping compared with the first duckling I kept (she is the nanny to the hatchlings).

My "nanny" with two of her young charges. She teaches them to eat and drink by example so they get off to a good start. She even helps fluff them up as they are drying.

Here's when my white mallards were three little fluff butts

Jake's in the back with her always wet brown chest.
Finn's in front with the round head and round body.
And TreeTrunks is to the left.
