Their feathers are all in and we were so wrong. Prim just looked bigger because she was getting her flight feathers earlier. We definitely have a big boy but not the one we thought.

Anyone know what kind of duckling this is? I just got it and a friend at TSC.




The outer pattern is almost Appleyard, but it is black underneath and each featherlet is also tipped lightly in black. It has white on its foot and white wing tips.

my ducklings are now outside and all good. But they don't like getting out of there pool at all. They need a better in and out system, this is what it looks like. anyone have better ways they can get in and out?

I will try to dig up old pics, but we made steps using bricks and concrete blocks. Inside and outside of the pool. We had tried your method but a few of our guys would fall off the sides or refuse entirely. About once a month we'd take the bricks out and squirt them with hot water, otherwise alage and mildew tend to make them rather slippy
