Possum

we had a possum last night. this is the first time we have had a varmet in the pen. the chicks were locked in the coop so he couldn't get to them. no gun the first time we saw him. got the gun and he was gone. searched around for a while then gave up. just on a feeling we went out and checked again. there he was up a tree next to the pen. TW (the wife) held the light and we dispatched his with one shot. now we got to get rid of the little dead body. get out the shovel tractor and go bury him. we think he must have scaled the fence to get in, didn't find any digging around fence.
