Post Pics Of Orps/ Orpingtons HERE

Got my first orp. She/he I love! About 4 1/2 months old! I paid a little extra because she really thought she was a girl, but I'm not sure :) don't matter cause now I've fallen in love with it so beautiful! I love the greenish purple sheen in the sun!!!

We got into the mid 40s today, so my silly bantam orp thinks it's spring. She went into a nesting box this afternoon & is sleeping in there now. (Don't let that adorable face fool you. She can hold her own against any of our giant English Orps. Cookie's nicknames are "Cookie Monster" when broody & "the Bantam Menace" when treats are involved.)

Here are some of our orps (We have no small roo, so Cookie's eggs are not fertile. Cookie must hatch LF eggs)

Here is my pullet, Velvet. She is only 4 months old and huge already!

Anyone want to take a guess if this splash one is male or female? It's also 4 months old.
