Mine wherehatche5/1 of this year. I ordered a straight run of brown leg horns 2 were roos 1 I kept 1 to neighbor. 1 pullet lost to a pred, last month lost 1 2 days after here. Also order 5 buckhorns pullets. Lost 1 from a sickness had to cull when about 5 weeks old. 5 pullets of EE's.2 where roosters culled 1 a pred got it and broke its wing and had a bite mark in it so culledDo it again. Sure but looking at bigger birds this time.

Mine are doing fine. Still laying almost everyday, but soon will have to cull a few to meet the maximum number I can house over the winter...
