They hold the peace. They handle the jakes when the little buttholes start fights. They do amazingly well amongst themselves as well, only 4 I can keep together.

Oh really? I have six poults that are jakes. So far so good, but I’m sure once they get into their sexuality I’ll have issues. Are you’re free range? Are they kept with hens too?

Dot and Fudge. Dot was supposed to be a hen.... now I have to eat him such big boys! Twice the size of heritage toms their age, almost as big as heritage toms 3 months older.
