Ready for the next hatch?

My Sister will be hatching out for me next month, using her incubator for the second time. It is the styrofoam type/ with an added turner.
My question is...
What do you sanitize that type with?
I read it needs to be fumigated- but I have no idea what to use. I do have Oxine, But no activating crystals. Can I use that- If I get the crystals? and how soon before using it for hatching do I fumigate? a day, several days...

I would just use vinegar to clean it out.

I use a weak blech solution to wipe mine, then rinse it well and air it out.
