I'm sorry, but I couldn't ever eat cornish bantam now that I've had them ... my Dark cornish hen "Sparrow" is such a sweet chicken.

Sweet chickens do taste very good, you may want to look into another thread, we tend to raise and eat birds in this section !!.

I have a few standard wlr from Ideal, they are only about 12 weeks old, but are definantly not show birds, they are really leggy. My bantam cornish are very nice and meaty, I didn't get them from a hatchery.
