From what I can tell by the picture of the Mahogany Orloff it looks like they need some work on the body type, that rooster looks like he has some Buckeye in him.

Rare Feathers, I'm wondering too. Ordering hatchery stock is out for these. But I'd like to know how long I would have to save up.

Was surprised to read the mahogany pops up in the spangled as a recessive gene.

I really really like their non-chicken looking face. And I think they would do well for an Alaskan winter chicken. Even better they'll go broody their second year and raise chicks.

Yes I've tried his hatching eggs and I have ONE... PO is just too rough from WA state for some reason to Alaska, and I'm not the only person that has noticed this. Had good success with eggs from other states.
