in the past i had trouble with keeping chicks alive the first 3 days out if the incubator. Had talked to a lady who has been hatching for years and she told me she does a fully dry hatch and doesn't turn and hardly ever has problems with weak chicks.
She seemed serious so i decided I'd give it a try. So far the eggs are thriving, haven't had any quitters.
And no, they were not shipped got most of them locally and the rest are from my birds.
