Sexing Easter Eggers

Pics
Based on this thread this black and White EE should be a cockerel, right? At what age do EE’s combs start to grow and redden up? This one is 7 weeks here.

How about this five-week old bantam? According to coloration pattern, should be a pullet, right? Is this a pea comb? It looks reddish to me already.

I also have an olive egger that I got as a sexed pullet. Do the same "rules" for sexing apply? She has a huge comb, is Cream Legbar over Welsummer. Coloration is consistent. The comb is pink at the base and yellow at the tips and pretty big. She is also five weeks old. Please tell me she is indeed a she.

The olive egger is a cockerel, no doubts. The EE is probably a cockerel.

Both cockerels

I bought 4 of what I thought were Ameracaunas but have now learned are probably Easter Eggers. They were straight run so trying to figure out roos or pullets. All are 7-8wks old.

Owl Is one of our favorite chickens and believe he's a Roo. He's top heavy and definitely one of the leaders in the flock. He has all three rows in his pea comb but it's still light in color yellow/orangey but his eyes starting to get a little more red. Head feathers are white and neck is black and white. No other spots of color. And largest chicken in the flock.

Raven Another leader in the group and the first to jump up on top of everything! Quite bossy. One row in pea comb that is yellow/orange. We believe he might also be a Roo because of his wild color spottiness, even though he's bottom heavy.

Zee Was originally more assertive but now seems to have mellowed out to be quite sweet. Does have 3rows of comb but the middle one is mostly prominent, yellow/pinkish. Pretty consistently black and white all over with no spotting of color. Originally thought a Roo but now I'm not sure...

Cassidy The least assertive, but seems like she's always studying things. Bottom heavy. Pea comb is only one row, yellow/pinkish. Very mild mannered. Color pattern pretty consistent head to tail, no random spots.

Well, those are my best guess but I'm NO expert. What do you all think? I'd appreciate your thoughts!!
Thanks!!!

At this point, they all look like pullets. The last one, Cassidy, appears to have a single comb. Can you get a better shot of it?
And yes, you are correct, they are all easter eggers.

Can I ask what about them makes you think pullets? (I'm trying to learn how to identify them. )

And you asked about Cassidy's comb.
I'll try to get a better shot, so far no luck. I originally said a "one row pea comb", but I think I was wrong. It is one row but not looking like a pea comb.

I am hoping you are right that they are all pullets!
