I am an organ donor and became one at 16. I think it is a wonderful program that lets her continue to live on through others

Thank you all for your sympathy. It is so helpful and appreciated. Also thanks for the heads-up to the widownet.org website. It looks amazing and I am sure it will be very helpful.

I am trying to find the "silver lining" my mother always assured me is always there. On the plus side I will never have to watch another soap opera. On the negative side she never showed me how to use the washing machine. Oh well, I will just have to learn. Many skills I will have to relearn such as finding my way on trips. She was the navigator. A long time ago I used to be good at that and that is one skill I will have to relearn.

Again, thank you all. Stan
