And aren't Roundheads named for peacomb. So by definition your great roundheads must have oriental blood in them right?

Still missing my point I think. That would be the reason I stopped playing with grading, since all grading is is trying to reinvent the roundhead.

Another thing worth noting is a couple fellows inidicated they only feed their stags and cocks scratch. Mine could not persist for any length of time like that and stay in good health. I think those fellows were trying to pull my leg as if I did not know anything about feeds and feeding. Both seemed new to games but I doubt either followed the advice they were giving me.

I did see a thread elsewhere the other day where some breeders were discussing a method where the fowl were raised solely on hard grains. I don't see freerangers eating only seeds and grains so am a bit skeptical of the method myself. Think the birds know a bit more about their ideal diet.
