yeah me too.. he wasen't eating or moving for 2 days I gave him water with sugar mixed and it helped him gain some strength back they are tough fowl

hey Jonathanq1 I just saw the banty you posted for me.I have been having bad luck,my banty I brought from P.R died and so did my oeg black hen. However, my Al sanchez cock is doing good and my hen is healed up too(he mated with her and tore her skin down to the bone) the cock even attacked me.

Geez thats too bad about the loss. I'm going to buy an incubator this Saturday I'm getting way too many eggs and not a broody hen to put them under. I'm glad your hen is healing up though I would make sure she is really good before mating her again and leaving her w/ the roo alone. Maybe try keeping them together for an hour then seperating them I've had to do that before and it worked out well.
