It's baby day! So my chicken math has reached full blown insanity. I went to only get whatever female Oegb they had which turned out to be 3 of a mere 5 chicks. And you can't just buy 3 babies... so I got another rainbow of 13. Sebrights, frizzles, Cochins, japs... and one black silkie...

After yesterday's roo rehoming I'm at a head count of 26. And I'm brooding outdoors with the big kids to boot.

I think I've officially lost my mind.

Ya know, my fiancé literally has to accompany me anywhere there are baby chicks nowadays. I cannot be trusted. I don’t even trust myself! We have 29 plus 6 Guineas! Seriously, what am I thinking?! You’re not alone. The struggle is real. You are NOT alone.
