I have a 3 month silkie hunched quiet thin please help

Please give more details,is she/he eating/drinking,any discharge from eyes/nostrils,is crop functioning normal(meaning is crop full during day and empties overnight)any breathing difficulties,any issues with vent area. How long has she/he been like this? How is poop? Have you introduced any new birds? Are any other birds showing any symptoms? Give us as much information as you can.

Crop was full no discharge watery stool yes no poison please help she passed: ( want to fix so no more die. No new birds lost one in August simiar
