Cockerel. Bearded polishes have none or very little wattles, due to the beard. They usually don't have very big combs, too. The easiest way to sex them is to watch at the saddle feathers, the hackles and at the crest. In males these feathers are long and pointy, in females they are shorter and round. The shape of these feathers, so, determines the shape of the crest. In females it's pretty round and compact, in males looks like messy hair (sorry, I don't know how to descrive it in another way lol)
