Strange thing in pullet’s 1st egg

Just cracked the first 2 eggs laid by a young pullet. Her 2nd egg had a large blood spot- not overly worried about that. But her 1st egg had what looked like maybe shed intestinal lining inside the egg.

I’m thinking this is just her body figuring out how to make eggs, but wanted to ask for opinions in case there is reason for concern. The pullet seems healthy and is behaving normally.

I think you're right, it's her body getting everything sorted as she starts laying.

Hopefully it's just a start up glitch.
But this is why it's good to open eggs one at a time in a small dish before adding to pan or recipe.

Cracked 2 more eggs from this pullet and they were totally normal

Seems to just be a developmental thing.
