A few months ago we hatched out some bantam cochins with some of them possible being frizzled

Today we know for sure, that two out of 9 turned out frizzled and that both are boys.

We also had some luck hatching Silkies in the spring.

Today, they are all grown up as well.

What amazing pics! Did you do these yourself? I doubt I could get my girls still long enough to take a decent photo, even if my camera was good enough.

Beautiful pics! I have a few cochin bantams myself, they're hens, and also frizzled. Cute as a button!

Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I took the pictures .... and believe me, the chickens were easier to take pictures of then my own human kids. ;-)
I'm not saying it was easy. They were flying into the softboxes, pooping on the backdrop, walking around and such.
But there were a few second here and there that I was able to snap a few good shots. ;-)

All my cochin girls have normal feathers .... they are cute nonetheless. I'm keeping both frizzled boys and hope they will pass the gene to chicks next year. ;-)
