Good Morning Friends :hugs

Love asparagus .. dislike travel! ;)

N F C Oooh, I like your plans to take a break! :clap

Bob, great interview! :thumbsup

We finally got some decent rain [47mm or 1.8 inches overnight] and a couple of storms! One of which took out our Paw Paw tree.

While Cilla, Blondie and Crystal came out from under the elevated coop at bed time and up to roost during the rain, Dusty and LuLu were not keen so I had to don the rain coat and coax them

Did the storm have a lot of lightening?

I do not like asparagus steamed or boiled. Roasted and still crunchy is great for texture.

Flavor is better but if you do not like it there is not much to change that! I am the same way with most Melons. I like watermelon but not the others
Me too with the melons. My Dad was always trying to get me to eat it.

Hey Ron, not as much as the other night, less lightening, more rain.

Predicted max today is only 86F and more rain/storms predicted this afternoon.
The cooler weather sound good but the rain could be a problem!

That looks more like a mango tree than a pawpaw tree.

The cooler weather sound good but the rain could be a problem!

It has not been a great wet season to date; wet seasons in the past have delivered 19 days of rain in a row.

However, it may just also be a late start to the season with the following now predicted:

Today, changed from 80% to 90% chance of up to 40mm [1.5 inches]

Friday, 70% chance of up to 20mm [0.7 inches]

Saturday, 80% chance of up to 40mm [1.5 inches]

Sunday 80% chance of up to 20mm [0.7 inches]

Monday 70% chance of up to 20mm [0.7 inches]

Tuesday 90% chance of up to 40mm [1.5 inches]

Wednesday 90% chance of up to 20mm [0.7 inches]

Looks like the ‘wet season’ might finally be here! It is sunny at the moment and I have the washing out. As is typical of tropical weather, not likely to start looking like rain or storms until later in the day which gives things chance to dry out before the next deluge.
