Tonights menu is roast with taters and carrots, green beans, and jasmine rice and all cooked and put together as well as the table set by yours truly all while feeling very uck !!!

Yum, sounds so good... My DH is a vegetarian so makes it hard as I don't have that many great veg recipes.

I've been crazy busy today cleaning coops and pools then ran to another town about 25 miles away to rescue an isa brown hen, then came back and cleaned house and now I'm suffering for it. I've had sciatica on my left side for months and now I think I'm getting it on my right side. I can barely walk! So it's a good thing the couch is 5 feet away and the tv is in the same room because this is about as far as I'm gonna get!

I'm so sorry Keyt. I've had that and it's horrible.

I have outlaw chickens also. I have them in my basement.

Had a guy at work with that issue. His gf was a beggie but he loved meat. so they cooked a complete meal everynight. He ate the meat and a lil of everything else... she just ate the everything else. Even roasts worked because his gf liked taters and what not in the broth.

I have one in my basement at the moment but that is bc he/she was hurt and is healing ... i like the idea of outlaw chickens
