Okay I'm Italian and I'm going to show you all something really simple but in America really expensive and yes the name is long but it's still delicious and sometimes use some of my neighbors turkey eggs as well.

Italian multi poultry scrambled pesto truffle egg toast
Ingredients:
Two large chicken eggs
Four jumbo coturnix quail eggs
One Muscovy duck egg
A bit of shaved truffle
One teaspoon Truffle oil

And slowly scramble it on low burner until cooked. Then turn off the burner and add a bit of green pesto, only to then put in on some toast or put it in a burrito (my personal way) and add a little more truffle shavings to it.......and feast away.

I've never had truffle anything. That does sound like a hearty breakfast.
