Updated! - Test Your Diagnostic Skills - Warning, Contains Graphic Necropsy Photos

Here are the follow up photo's. I think that was the spleen you were referring to Sue?? I cut it open in one of the last pictures. I'll need to see them uploaded to know which one exactly but I'm sure it's obvious.
Unfortunately I will have another Necropsy. Completely different background and I think it was a reproductive disorder but not certain.
With this one as you can all see, there were lots more lash material bits when I cut into the stomach area properly. And there was some fluid, mainly clear. Is it normal for the small intestines to be completely attached? In anything I've seen they have them loose, would they just have detached them??
Anyway, IMG_20181128_130919.jpg IMG_20181128_130943.jpg IMG_20181128_131024.jpg IMG_20181128_131028.jpg IMG_20181128_131053.jpg IMG_20181128_131150.jpg IMG_20181128_131217.jpg IMG_20181128_131231.jpg IMG_20181128_131240.jpg IMG_20181128_131251.jpg IMG_20181128_131308.jpg IMG_20181128_131333.jpg IMG_20181128_131459.jpg IMG_20181128_131507.jpg IMG_20181128_131512.jpg IMG_20181128_131522.jpg IMG_20181128_131526.jpg IMG_20181128_131602.jpg IMG_20181128_131610.jpg IMG_20181128_131620.jpg IMG_20181128_131716.jpg IMG_20181128_131745.jpg IMG_20181128_131903.jpg IMG_20181128_131919.jpg IMG_20181128_132022.jpg IMG_20181128_132132.jpg IMG_20181128_132209.jpg IMG_20181128_132344.jpg IMG_20181128_132348.jpg
Poor girl.

Lots of fluid in the abdomen, ovary looks pretty normal, gut looks hard and ropy, maybe swollen? Looks like peritonitis to me. Can’t tell what this is, but whatever it is looks pretty wrong.

Thank you Sue. Of course I had no idea what it was either but it looked out of placw, attached visa fleshy thread but loosely flopping around.

Poor girl.
Did you happen to open up any of the intestines?
