I think my hatch is done. I have 10 chicks. 2 pipped and didn't make it. I think I needed to have more ventilation. I upped humidity on day 18

I think my hatch is done and I'm just gonna have the two. Oh well, the two hatched are really cute! One splash and one that's either splash or light blue, can't quite tell.

Going into to lockdown this evening.... Got a few rocking... Was supposed to start lockdown this morning, but I lost power for one day and my temps were on the low side early in incubation so decided to give them the day to "catch up"

Cant wait to get some (more) chickies!!!!

I could not get my hen up today so I am not sure if she has chicks under her. I have not heard any peeping so I will check in the morning. My kids are as excited as I am.

Tomorrow is day 21 for my Marans..... the last time I candled I saw shadows in 14 of 15 eggs..... so hopefully in the next few days I will have new babies!
