Watery Poops? Is this bad?

So my chicken is recovering from a prolapsed cloaca and has a limp leg (possibly from osteoporosis or a tumor) so she is in a box in one of my rooms of my house.

However, she has been having a lot of watery poops. She is drinking a lot of water (with vitamins and electrolyte powder in it) so I think this is why but I am also feeding her scrambled eggs and she is eating quite a lot of her regular chicken scratch. Is this a bad thing that her poops are so watery and loose?

When it's hot out they'll drink a lot more water and cause watery droppings.

It has not been that hot out and she is inside so it is pretty cool. Do you have any other suggestions of what it could be or what this means?

There's a lot of variety of normal feces and many things that could cause diarrhea but there would be other weird colors.

Don't feed her scrambled eggs if she tries eating hers that'd be bad
It's not the electrolyte powder I used that my girls are fine
Check her for pasting if watery poo continues

She does not lay anymore and lots of people have recommended I feed her scrambled eggs.
