Wear layers for sure... good windbreaker over the top... make sure you have gloves, scarves, longjohns or similar just in case... if it's cold, it can be bitter, windy cold...

I am already considering what/how to pack. I lived in Alaska for 3years so I know all about the layers. The problem lies in the suitcase limit combined with the list of activities involved. 4 days worth of clothes to include possible outdoor tour, business attire meetings, and a formal banquet.

I really don't know how my daughter will layer since all she owned are skin tight skinny jeans!
