What is he?

The hubby and I my to go relax at the park we were sitting on a bench and this little rooster just came walking up and hopped up on the table. When we went for a walk he would follow us. I was just wondering what kind of breed he is.

He still fairly young his spurs haven't really came in yet they are just nubs still but any ideas?

He apparently knows chicken people when he sees them! Don't know on the breed... He may need a rescue though.

X2 and he's adorable. Did they have any chickens at that zoo? (Assuming that is a zoo due to the giraffe.)

The park is his home there its a neighborhood park but its also a park for birds he is not the only rooster there I've seen like 5 other roosters there no hens tho tons of ducks of course and the hubby is obsessed with the single wood duck that is there.
