Whats wrong with my sebright?

I have a 2-3 month old sebright that I found wobbling in the coop today. She is dragging her tail and sometimes her vent on the ground. She is very buffed up and she looks annoyed. I checks her wings and they seem fine but she keeps tripping over her wings... Any one got a clue? Mereks was my first thought but they dont drag their vents... Here are pictures.

Is she laying yet? That almost looks like the way they walk when they're egg bound, but she seems a little young for that.

I was thinking the same thing, hoping a vent inspection would maybe shed some light...

I checked her and nothing is wrong with her vent... I'm worried!

She is still alive but she is wobbling back and forth now stand straight up..
