When do the poultry swap/sales start?

I can't sit and search this subject so will just ask this outright. I'm just south of Ottawa, KS and wondering when the poultry swap/sales start. I've only been to the over by Pomona Lake, can't even remember the name of the town now. Hope to make it to Gardner this year. Thank you!!
