If you have laying hens and consume three of their eggs a day you are growing over 10% of your food.

I am doing better than I thought then, LOL. I raise all our own eggs and chicken meat, some of our veggies, and just added a Jersey cow yesterday. Oh, and my goats, but I use their milk for soaps and lotions rather than drinking.
