Additional Information | Sec. 4-5. Fowl, prohibited at large. It shall be unlawful for any person: (1) To willfully turn out or cause to be turned out on land not his own or under his control, or (2) To willfully fail or refuse to keep confined, or (3) To willfully allow to trespass upon the land of another, or (4) To willfully permit to run at large, any chickens or other domestic fowl of his own or of which he has the control. (Ord. No. A-168, § 2, 5-17-56) Garbage as used in this article shall mean all putrescible wastes, except sewage and body wastes, including all meat, vegetable and fruit waste and refuse, and carcasses of small dead animals and dead fowls from any premises within the city limits. |
