Ingredients: Velveta Cheese - 1 Box Ground Beef - 1 lb Taco Seasoning Black Beans - 1 can -optional- Salsa Jalapeño Cooking Instructions Brown Ground beef, drain Add Taco seasoning and simmer according to directions heat black beans & then drain Melt cheese in double boiler or microwave Once the cheese is melted add in the beef and beans, a little at a time, while stirring the mixture. Chop up jalapeño and add it in if desired. Tops with salsa or as is. Serve with tortilla chips.
